Liliana Karaminas is known for her bakery, Sweet Lilies. Everyone may know about the shop as a place for your sweet tooth, but there's more to it than meet your taste buds. The shop opens up early in the morning for preparation for desserts that are baked fresh daily. And she used that time to tell us about her everyday life, a baking life that started when she was a child, baking with her grandmother. Well, I So I kind of forget about it. Remember the smells of the kitchen, whenever my grandmother was making a cake with butter and smell in it and everything. It was like fun, It was Imagine that I could make it. Has anyone noticed her bright and intricate desserts? It all goes back to her love for fashion. She grew up in Mexico, obtained a fashion degree from a school there, but received schooling for culinary arts in the States and in Mexico. She combines fashion and baking to provide you visual and tasty desserts. I always loved colors. I loved color. And then I loved to combine my clothing, different shoes, I Since I was a little girl, so I guess the fashion thing comes from there. Sweet Lily's offers more than just desserts. The menu consists of hot chocolate, apple cider, hot dogs, pizza and much more. Well, it's challenging for me because I'm originally from Mexico, so the language sometimes is not helping at all. But I have a great team of people taking care of the customers, which is very good. Sometimes it's typical for me to still be in a cake, some words, and things So it's kind of not the secret. But other than that, everything else is perfect. I mean, we all took care and I love how to be a woman that can do something. That's right. Well, I guess n Because when you're making something, when you're making something that you have your energy, your desires, all the love you put in the kitchen, and I think people can taste it. And when you do something because you really want to be enjoying doing it, you can taste that. And I'm sure that people can taste that. And also, you have a great counter and a great customer service. It's great. It's part of the success of the business. Liliana will do specialty orders specifically tailored to you.
