Located in Bloomington, Minnesota right across from Dred Scott Park, Scoops Ice Cream & More is a locally owned and loved Ice Cream Parlor. Scoops proudly serves your favorite flavors of ice cream and frozen yogurt including featured flavors from Sebastian Joe's! We serve 32 different flavors of hand packed ice cream daily and two flavors of Annie's Frozen Yogurt. We also have malts, shakes, slushies, smoothies, 1919 Draft Root Beer, and candy by the scoop! We are open from Mid-April to Early October and we hope to see you come in and enjoy our ice cream with us!
