My name is Cliff Chapman. I'm the owner and operator of Casey's New Orleans Snowballs. We actually cook our syrup. We use 100% cane sugar. Casey's is known for its chocolate. We make a chocolate syrup in the store and we sell it as a topping or as just a chocolate snow cone or a snowball. And then there'some preparatory flavors And I can tell you what's in that stuff, but if I did, I'd have to kill you. So we won't do that. We have a lot of people from New Orleans that live in the area that come here. They'll say, when I'm from New Orleans, so I'm gonna grade you and see if it's any good. And I'll make them and I'll ask them, so well, what do you think? And they'll take a big wad of money and put it in the tip jar and say, that's my answer. My favorite flavors are kind of old school. I really But I think Blackberry is one that's really overlooked a lot. I remember that flavor and when I had it here, I just all of a sudden I was six years old again. And that is one thing that I have observed is, yes, we get a lot of kids coming to the stand, a lot of six-year-olds and eight-year-olds. But from what I can see, there are a lot of 60-year-old six-year-olds that come up. You kind of feel
