We've been told we're the best ice cream in Atlanta, in Georgia...and by some...even...on the planet. We'll let you be the judge. We think you'll find our scoops are bigger, our flavors more intense and our service with a smile something you can count on. Add to that they we make or bake and sometimes even grow almost everything that goes in our deliciousness.
And who knew that ice cream was going to be a thing that the stores were going to run out of? Restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart all ran out of ice cream. And so we just started making more and more ice cream just so that somebody had something that made them feel better during this really tough time. We did not really have much of a painting business when COVID hit and it is what we have survived with. And the way we focused was went out and went to the grocery store and we focused was went micro gorilla marketing on our neighborhoods where I live in College Park, East Point and Hapeville and Egan Park and we have been stunned by how we've been treated. We've made all kinds of new friends. We've built a whole new community of relationships in the Tri-Cities which is where my heart is and we've even created new flavors. My name is Jane but these kids call me Mimi and this is my oldest granddaughter June. She's 11. She's been cooking with me since she was about 4. This is Avery and you are 9. This is Trevor. He's 8, almost 9. This is Reese but I call him Reister and you don't have to guess why. And five. I just love him to pieces and they are my baking buddies. Jake came over one day and said I'm having a contest and I'd I said why not pound cake ice cream? Because everybody Strangely as sad as this whole process has been for so many people it's actually been a renaissance for us because what we have had to do is access our inner creativity in ways we never have before. So we've never experienced anything This has been a learning curve of the steepest variety and what we've learned is that we have to care about one another, we have to listen to one another and when we need comfort we need to provide it if we can. Everybody who makes a new ice cream gets initiated. You ready? Oh. You're now official. You're in a very exclusive club. Thank you.
