The Jimmy and Rosen Carter work project was about to be the biggest undertaking of our lives at Habitat Memphis and it ultimately was. And so our goal was to be able to hand off all of the PR and media relations to the professionals so that our internal team could really focus on the logistics and taking care of our celebrity friends and our donors who had contributed so much to underwrite this huge event. So we tried our best to remove our direct or public relations from all of these activities and handed over sort of concept meetings and opportunities for media exposure, storytelling, raising awareness and consciousness to obsidian. And so at every turn, at every opportunity, our liaison, Lauren, was there advising us on opportunities to connect with the media to tell a specific story to highlight the important work that we've been doing in Memphis for then about 34 years. We had opportunities to work with the Commercial Peel and the Memphis Business Journal and the Daily News and they're very different as far as content and the stories that they want to tell to their particular audiences and Lauren really helped us shape the right times and moments to take a story and pitch it to the right outlet. Through obsidian's work, we had a story in the Commercial Peel which ultimately was picked up by USA Today. It was a print story but there was also a short, small video story with me talking about my work at Habitat for H And that story was then picked up by NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt. It was a really highlight of my life that obsidian helped to cultivate and bring together. I'm grateful for that. What I would say to anyone considering obsidian public relations is that they are over the top of their lives. They are top dedicated to the work, attentive, very smart, creative and just always available. And I really appreciate it. It felt very personal as though she was just in the office next door.
