Hi, I'm Lana Canova. We're here at Ebtide, an MBK home project in Newport Beach, when a property- The opportunity there is to create a really exciting new environment and MBK then proceeds to do that with great architecture land planners, engineers. One of the really important parts of model home merchandising is creating a story and I think that the goal is to make people walk through and really fall in love with an environment that they can visualize themselves in. We're showing a tremendous amount of materials that are different, that are available to the home buyer. One of the things that make Ebtide so special are the rooftop decks that allow you to have some pretty spectacular views. They create a great secondary entertainment space and MBK puts together some great options for those spaces.
