So if you don't know me, I'm Jerry and so I'll be talking to you a lot today about employment. That's the main focus of today's event. So we're working through, obviously we've got haircuts, we've got food, we've got lots of community going on, but the overarching thing that we're focused on is helping provide employment opportunities and providing education and information that you can take with you and you can go out and get jobs. Operation Reborn, it was four local business owners got together. We see a lot of the situations in our community with unemployment, with a lot of the crime activity and we just wanted to empower our community. We bring them here, we feed them, we groom them with the haircuts and then we also have an empowerment where we're going to help out with employment assistance and just a message of empowerment. We have young adults that are trying to enter the workforce as well as some guys that may have had some kind of hiccups in life that are trying to get back and re-enter the workforce as well. Okay, the action we're going to take today is going to be what do we say in an interview, okay? What do we do when we go through an actual interview process? How do we script it out? What are we telling people so that we do well? We know that just being able to communicate and articulate an intent is one of the hardest things, the most difficult or most nerve-wracking things as far as entering the workforce or going out for jobs. So we wanted to kind of help with that and again, just solution-oriented, So we just really want to give them maybe a glimpse of who they can be, And again, we just want to give them the same experience that we would give any of our customers. So at Hair Sciences, this is just the run of the mill, what we do for everybody is how we present ourselves and what we believe.
