Music Our family, were actually Great Clips customers and we love the concept that we could come to Great Clips and get a haircut when the time worked for us. I opened the first location here in Rochester eleven years ago and then have opened two locations in Rochester since. And actually that's what I love is that each location has a different vibe. So it attracts customers on different days, different personality, w One of the great t And so you can download an app onto your phone and it allows you to select the location that you want to visit and then put your name into the little box there and it pops up on our wait screen. And then what it does is it gives you an estimated wait time. Therefore your wait time doesn't have to be here and then it also can provide you with an alert when your turn is about fifteen minutes away. It's great to see customers so happy and I love to come to the salon locations and when I come I check people in or I sweep and do t So it's a labor of love to see really happy customers. But I also love working with the employees and providing a place, a workplace, where they feel appreciated and happy to come to every day.
