Sometimes I fear coming here because I'm You get to visit with people you don't normally see. Michael Hall is one of the store's owners. We talk about My partner Jim McGee and myself have been with t Family Center IGA will soon become a Lowe's Market. Lowe's is a regional supermarket chain with locations in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona and Kansas. Here are some of the Texas locations. And so we tried to find a fit. Were concerned about the community and the staff and we t I reached out to a spokesperson from Lowe's for a comment about their new owners I left a message but no one called me back. I would just I know that's inevitable but I just Hall says current employees are encouraged to stay even though the name won't be staying. Neighbors and staff agree they don't want to see the community values of their local food store change We feel Michael Hall tells me the store will become a Lowe's grocery store on May 8th.
