The union representing bonds worker says this woman is a union representative called out to the Lohabra store to investigate safety complaints. This one is about a congestion issue they say forced an employee to climb over pallets blocking a doorway. The union identifies the man in the video as a district manager who at one point is seen closing the door on the union worker. The manager walks away appearing to shove a cell phone out of a second union representatives hands. The worker filming repeats that is assault. A union representative tells us over the phone because Albertans has a zero tolerance policy unemployed assault. I hope they will be consistent with past action where termination has been their judgment. A spokesperson from bonds parent company tells us in part.
