Every jar of bear honey begins with two things, a bee and a blossom. On family farms near you, nurturing beekeepers who are passionate about sustainably caring for their bees gently collect raw honey straight from the hive. Then, using two essential ingredients, pure raw honey and simple wholesome spices, we prepare our spreads and infusions by simply grinding spices into raw honey. So, what makes our spread so smooth and creamy? Working in harmony with raw honey's natural tendency to crystallize, we gently mix, encouraging small crystals to form, which creates our smooth, spreadable honey. Finally, we pour the mixture into the jar and send it off to your local grocery store.
