Okay, these carnivore candies, they are my latest obsession. I used half of a bar of Keri Gold Butter, which is the equivalent of two sticks. You're going to put it in a pot and heat it up on medi You want to make sure that it's going to get really brown without burning. And once it's done cooking, put it in something else to stop the cooking process. Then pour the butter in whatever molds you choose. My kid picked out robots. The brown bits will settle to the bottom, so make sure you scoop those out and distribute them evenly. And then just pop in the freezer for a few hours. When you brown butter, it gives it And when you eat these frozen, it kind of gives a little chewy but crunchy, caramel-y, salty flavor. So good.
