Caribbean Food Store is a Caribbean carry out restaurant opened in 2001 by small business owners Andy and Sandra Gangadeen. For the past 11 years , they have offered tasty and authentic Trinidadian-Indian cuisine to the Caribbean and American community in Baltimore County. They're a small operation consisting of only family offering you the feeling of being in an island environment. They are the first and the finest in the Baltimore County area. They do catering for all events such as weddings , parties, and fundraisers.


com. A while back, a couple years ago, I took A whole bunch of ethnic stuff, but if The guy almost wanted to kick me out of his store because I had a camera in there. Well, I brought everything home. I brought home all this stuff and I'm going to go through it and show This is what I usually get when I go to those stores. First off, everybody's been asking for soup. This year is cowheel. I've got some cowheel all chopped up, nice and ready to go. So I've got all my scallions in here, green beans. I got some broccoli, tomato, some nice dill cuc Speaking of a broccoli, I also have over here, I've got some bean sprouts, some peppers, snap peas. Look at that mushroom. That means I'm going to be doing a wicked stir fry for Next up, I've got me here some tofu. Tofu, whatever. Soya chunks. I'm going to make a nice little curry. All my vegetarian people, all they have some wicked curry tofu coming your way. Back here, I've got some Edo's. It'still in the bag here. I've got my sweet potato and something I'm going to play around with and show And this is a type of yam from the Caribbean, but we call it kush. So this is a big one here. This is typically the size that you get. But I'm going to show As I said, I've got my green beans here. I'm going to show And all the way over here, I've got some goat. I've got some lovely goat meat. I've got some pork roast here. Well, it's all wrapped up in this paper and stuff So you really can't see it. So look for a new roast pork recipe, a new goat recipe. We've got that stir fry going on. And you look at that now. I even gave my apple J down there as well as my little cans of coconut milk. Coconut milk is made for just go bam, bam. Tastes nice. We got the garlic already peeled and ready to go. So you see. One more thing everybody's talking about. We want to see more recipes from the other parts of the Caribbean. And I've got me here. I could just get into this. What's this thing going on so far? Some green plantain. I'm going to make something with that green plantain to show And Well they call it Tulancho. We know it as Shadow Benny or Bandania. And over here, one more thing, that is watercress. Some nice beautiful leaves. It's a wicked way to boost your energy and everything in the winter months.
