The paper store started back in 1964, almost 50 years ago. As a newspaper stand, funny enough that's how we got our name, the paper store. And over the last 50 years we've just continued to evolve the business. Today we actually have over 75 stores, a growing e-commerce business, and we have 13 major categories of product. Hallmark reading cards to women's fas Our challenge is still to try to drive customers into our stores, into the brick and mortar experience. We do have a growing e-commerce business, however brick and mortar is still our bread and butter. That's an area where we've found a lot of success with Red Alon. Red Alon has helped us continue to optimize our product assortment w A lot of our product is seasonal. A lot of it is evergreen. A lot of products come in for just 60 days. And there are some products that even though they're evergreen there's major spikes over the course of the year from various holidays to different seasons. And Red Alon has helped us become very successful with optimizing that inventory. It uses predictive analytics and it's done a fantastic job of helping us forecast all of our peaks and our valleys with inventory, making sure that our stores have exactly what we need to do the business, but also not putting us in a position where we have excess inventory that we're going to have to write off at the end of a season or a holiday. We've actually seen our forecasts significantly improve as we move categories away from the buyer and then onto the Red Alon predictive analytics. And one t I don't feel I do feel that they are a software partner. And all along the way, it's been about two years so far, I have felt that I'm in constant communication with the Red Alon team, that we actively work together to try to find ways to fine tune their software, to meet our needs, to do better training solutions, to meet the individual users' capabilities.
