Rooms In Bloom

Thanks so much for joining us today. I'm Alana and this is Heather and we're with the home staging company here in Kitchener Waterloo, Rooms & Bloom, home staging and design incorporated. This is our six year in business and we'really proud to be an extended level of the Cindy Cody teams marketing and that's what we're here to talk to you a little bit about today. Is there any questions, anything that we'd Yeah, what I'm going to mention here is the presence of. . . Well, yeah, I have to tell you that I had an amazing experience because you, when you had told me initially with online dating with clients how they go, they click, they're sitting at home, they're looking at homes online dating, click, click, click and then they go, wow, they see this great house, the pictures really matter and that always stood out in my mind so I've always told that to clients now what I'm going in and a particular example was a place we had out in Deer Ridge on Candle Crescent, beautiful luxury town home but it was an older couple that was there. It was clean as a pen and it showed really well but it had floral couches, different colored paint on the walls, blues and greens and it was really quite dated that way and weren't getting the showings that we should have been getting for a home if that price range as well. It was well priced and were kind of wondering what's going on but I knew from talking with Rooms and Blooms and Heather and Alana, I knew the problems. So right away Heather said, Alana said, let me take a look at the pictures and she goes, oh my gosh, I can see why and went back, we talked to them again, they finally conceded to doing this and it made a world of a difference. Right away, as soon as you were done with the staging, right away were getting hits on the listings and they were calling on the listing again, looking at the pictures, it was quite remarkable at the night and day difference. Well, Steve, We all want the homes to sell quicker and for top dollar and we of course are real estate based. As Stagers, I think we get confused very often with interior designers, we don't want that. We're not here to fund our portfolio, we're not here to personalize the decor. The goal is to broaden the homes appeal so that we're appealing to the masses. Thank you very much guys. Thank you. Thank you.
