As a wine professional, I credit the training and education we offer our staff as the foundation of what attracts our customers to trust us for recommendations. Our business model is exciting and constantly changing to meet the needs of our customers. It creates a great opportunity for growth. I really enjoy teaching our customers about our product selection and working with our leaders in the field. I try to build a culture of having fun. This energy then is passed on to our customers, giving them a memorable shopping experience. Engagement is key for me. I have a huge following within our customer base and I love that they trust my recommendations. Being surrounded by a team who loves wine as much as I do is a great feeling. Over my five years with Total Wine, I have viewed great relationships and memories with our customers. Everybody on the team truly wants you to succeed and we will give you the support to do it. What excited me most about Total Wine was the ability to create a true experience for our customers. It's been really exciting to watch the company grow. We now have over 200 stores in over half the country. We've also grown our digital footprint, being able to take care of guests at store pickup, curbside pickup and delivery. Our product lineup offers some of the most sought after wines in the world, as well as a great value driven selection. One of my favorite bottles, the Antico Corte Valpollicello Rapasso. My favorite spirit is Kanye, ABK6. It's award winning. It is lovely. Made locally by Duke Law, Sour Mimimosas is the perfect blend of Chardonnay and orange juice. From Vina Cabos, Reptile, bold, dark fruits and a great tannic structure. One of my favorite bottles is Carmen, rated at 92 points.
