Music Hi, I'melissa Webb, owner of Nest Feathers. We're located on 1312 Common Street, Suite 404, right next door to Embellish and Thunder Cloud Subs, also adjacent to Buttermilk Cafe. We've been open since June 16th, 2016. We offer a wide array of really great home decor, gifts, also custom floral arrangements that can be designed for your liking and for your home. We're going to go ahead and hand it over to Melissa Webb, who is the owner, and she's going to tell the story of Nest Feathers. Alright, thank you all so much for coming. I know this is a crazy time of year. It is for us also, so I appreciate you taking time out to actually come and help us do the ribbon cutting with us. So I opened June 16th of this year. New Braunfels didn't really have a gift store, So my landlord, Mr. Gordon Hughes, twisted my arm a little bit. And I said, come open. And I said, oh, sure, I'm happy to. It's just two doors down from my other store embellished. What the heck? I can run two stores. How hard can that be? Well, But it's also more fun and more rewarding because I've got to double the people that I've met through different things. And it's just, it has been a really wonderful, wonderful experience. But we do custom floral arrangements, unique gifts, things that you might find in San Antonio that you don't have to drive to find any longer the traffic. San Antonio or Austin, as everybody knows, is quite crazy. Some of the deals We carry it now here in town. One of the few stores that does swan creep candles, rifle paper, which if you're into the paper world, they're great notepads, great things. We have some really cute little felt birdhouses over there, which you don't find any place else. They're made out of wool. They're meant to be hung outside. They're wonderful. They have a little trap door. You can scoop out the old birdhouse bird nest, reuse it again for the next one. So they'really fun, some interesting things you don't see just every place. I go to either Dallas Market or Atlanta and try to find things that no one else has either seen nor brought into town. So I'm always on the hunt for new things. Shot New Brontils First! Music
