There is the day message and there's a reflection time where I reflected upon the day's message. After that, there's a journaling section where you can write down the notes or the insights that come to you throughout this process. Now there is no journaling section in the Kindle version because it just doesn't format well that way. But if you purchase the Kindle version, you can use your own journal or your own notebook to do so.
