I’d like to introduce myself, my name is Rachel Carter. I started this business as sort of a fluke, I originally started a business in wedding and event planning but always loved the more hands on/crafty creative part of the business. One day I happened to pick up a wine glass and started decorating it. Before I knew it, I was making all sorts of different designs. When I discovered Etsy, I realized the possibilities were there to grow this new business. I opened Rachel’s Custom Creations & Designs in January of 2016, I attend craft/vendor shows, post on social media, and of course Etsy. Many new designs and products have been made since opening, and I love working one on one with customers on creating that perfect design. Even if there is something specific that you are looking for, but don’t see posted, message me, I might be able to custom create it! There are 2 best parts about creating the products that I make, first, it allows me to be home with my daughter, there’s nothing better, and second, seeing or knowing how happy the customer is when they receive their product. It is a self-reward for me to know that something I made can put a smile on someone’s face. I look forward to where we go from here. New items are constantly being made! Refunds and Exchanges: All sales on personalized and custom ordered items are final. If your order contains any manufacturer defects or engraving mistakes on our part, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange or refund. If you ordered the goods and pay for it and want to cancel your order - I will refund 80% of its value (20% - Commission for money transfer and other taxes) Additional Policies and FAQs: All sales on personalized and custom ordered items are final. We are not able to accept returns or give refunds. If your order is one of stocked items, we are happy to offer customers a refund minus the shipping and handling fee. You must contact us via Etsy convo only please within 48 hours of receiving your package if you are unsatisfied in any way. Please feel free to contact if any question. All custom and personalized items require payment upfront via paypal. I will send you an invoice and your order will not be worked on until payment has been made. All custom and personalized items will have a proof sent over for approval prior to order being worked on. This way any changes that need to be made can be done before item is worked on.
