Well, Hatch Art House is a local art gallery that works with just Wisconsin artists, all local. And Hazel General'store is a modern day general store and we focus on U. S. makers. 2020 was a roller coaster. It was unpredictable. It was difficult. It was the most stressful time of my life, but it also taught me how to roll with the punches. Yeah, perseverance. That was key. So for Hazel General'store, we, or I should say, I worked on the website, adding more product. I added curbside pickup and local delivery as well as free delivery for faraway places. And for Hatch Art House, I worked on selling the artist's work through our social media and also making it easy for customers to order and for local delivery and free delivery as well. When you did all this, did you think it was going to work? I honestly, that just wasn't in my mindset. So I had a goal in my head that my accountant gave me and that was what I was striving for while were shut down. And luckily, I was able to make that work with doing these sales tactics.
