Farmer's Country Store

This is 4 Oaks Farm Country Store. It's just got that vibe to that old country store and it's authentic. It really has been here for several decades. This is a hidden gem that a lot of people don't know about. Oh, they're about to know about it now. Michael Mathias is the owner. We are a family-owned, fourth-generation country store and specialize in pork products. Our peppered bacon is our best-selling product. Peppered bacon is . . Seriously, you can't find anything better than that. Oh, you had me a bacon and now I need something else to think about or I will not be able to focus on anything other than bacon. We make our own pork sausage, we do barbecue hash, jam, jellies, stone ground grits, fresh produce when it's local and in season. The gift boxes are our bread and butter and we do those year-round. We ship them all over the country. We've got two chefs, home staff, and they make our chicken salad, pimento cheese, ham salad. We also do, This all sounds so good, but if you can't fit it all in your car, you could pick up a copy of the family cookbook and attempt to make some of this stuff at home. We actually have a cookbook that's got my great-grandmother's recipes and aunt's uncles. Using a cookbook sounds I prefer the pre-made items. What are these people's faves? My personal favorite item in the store is probably the pepper jack pimento cheese. The chicken salad is the best in the world. Oh, and I've got pimento cheese. There's a lot of rare meat cuts that you don't want to really find anywhere else. Of course, I love the honey, I eat it every single day. People are super nice. All right, that'll do for you.
