In 1998, the Silver Superstore began life as a retail subsidiary of a wholesale distributor that has been in business since 1987. It was spun off in 2000 to become the Silver Superstore LLC. Since then, we have grown to one of the largest independent tabletop retailers in the USA, and have been the leader in defining how sterling silver flatware and stainless steel flatware is sold on the Internet. When we contacted Conversion Giant originally were looking to just increase our pay per click and We have a lot of products and we did not have a lot of great product descriptions. We did not have a lot of blog posts and we did not have a lot of inbound links from other sites or blogs. Conversion Giant has tackled all three of those things and done quite well. Our experience has been fantastic. Dan has taken care of us really quite quickly, answered all of our emails usually within a couple hours. We have monthly meetings with him so we can go over all the performance of our entire account which is great. He also brings in other individuals in the company with those meetings or anytime that we are discussing something that they need to be aware of. It has been really nice to be hands on with them all the time and get our reports and everything timely. All three portions of our marketing efforts are increasing and have increased non-stop since we have been with them. Our paper click is up, our organic is up about 30% which is fantastic. The content and internal links has more than quidrupled. We have a lot more inbound links which is quite nice and they are from quality articles that are being written. It has helped our business tremendously.
