LOCATION: Tucked into the back of the NSSC/Squadron Bldg. #661 on Clark Street, next to the dive tower facing COMSUBPAC. PHONE: 808- 473-2753 DIRECTIONS: From Main Gate: Take a right and follow until you pass Makalapa Gate (Take a right if entering at Makalapa) Turn Left at the first road past Makalapa. It directs you to the Submarine Piers/Lockwood Hall. Follow until you pass Lockwood, at the three way stop sign in front of the Fire Station, turn right. We are located on the left hand side behind the carport. Parking is under the big tree on across the street (right). There are 3 spots labeled Dolphin Store/Ombudsman. These spots are designated for our customers.
