Richard’s daughter and son-in-law live on a family olive farm in Northern Italy, where the Baileys have discovered the century-old traditions of the harvesting and oil pressing process. Sharing that culinary passion is the goal of the store they opened in 2012 – featuring their hand selected oils, custom blended vinaigrettes, spices, small-batch gourmet mustards, a variety of local products and more.
