Hi, I'm Carrie from the Dragons Manual here on Kimmer Boulevard. We are a metaphysical shop and we carry a ton of awesome stuff. We carry almost 300 different herbs and resins, the majority of them are organic, for your culinary, medicinal, and other needs. I'm going to few that are very common for both cooking and medicinal use and one that may be surprising a little bit. Start with garlic. Everybody Garlic is obviously wonderful in your cooking. It's great in your dishes. It can be mixed with any food out there. You may not know it does have medicinal properties also. It is antibacterial. It is anti-fungal. It does help regulate heart and blood pressure, things along those lines. Next one we have, I pulled a Himalayan pink salt. We do carry about three or four different kinds of salts. It is an all-natural salt of course that is very good on your vegetables. Put it in a little salt mill and you're good to go. But it has also got many, many trace elements that you don't find in other salts, especially if they've been iodized or made table ready in your grocery store. Rosemary. Another fan favorite, rosemary, actually is again good in all sorts of dishes, side dishes, meats, you name it. It tastes good. It's got a wonderful, pleasant aroma. But what you may not know as far as medicinal use for it is that it actually helps with memory. And here's the surprising one. Lavender. Bet you didn't know you could cook with it, did you? Yes, you absolutely can. It is great in pastries and desserts. There's been a recipe floating around on social media for a while, a lavender eliminate, which is amazing. Mix in some lavender petals with, say, your icing for your cupcakes or cookies, things along those lines. Even in a regular sugar cookie, it's a beautiful thing.
