Refinishing furniture started as just a way to refurnish my home with out spending a fortune. I figured I could refinish it pretty close to what I liked in the stores so...after a lot of reading and researching, trial and error, my pieces were turning out pretty good. I really do enjoy refinishing furniture. Every last bit of it. From the sanding to the top coat. The painting itself is relaxing to me. Unfortunately for my piece of mind, I do find that I'm a bit of a perfectionist and will re-sand and re-do pieces I'm not happy with. It drives my husband nuts. I enjoy trying new techniques and generally find I'm so undecided what to do to a piece I drive myself nuts because I like so many different styles, colors and techniques!! Thats where its nice to have input from family and friends. So off I go on to the next piece....Hope you enjoy this page!
