Price Modern has figured out that what sets us apart is our understanding that we represent the customer to the manufacturer. That exists the same way in the Flooring Division. That goes a long way in producing an end result that the end user is very happy about. We are able to give the customer a holistic experience. We're able to combine elements of flooring, elements of furniture, elements of lighting and design and bring them all together under one roof. We are able to give them that knowledge so that they can make the best decision for themselves, for the company, and walk away knowing that they feel confident and comfortable with the decision that they made and that they are also going to work with a team of people that's going to support them throughout the entire process. Price Modern was extremely patient with us. We had a long process of back and forth and trying to figure out the right design that we wanted to use for BAC. It was as if working with friends. It was really fantastic to see what their vision was from a 3D perspective that they showed us on a computer and then how it came to life and it really did look exactly We use the computer program to be more precise than others so that we do not cause any extra expense when it comes to labor or materials and jobs and that translates down to the customers so they can save money. We are extremely aware of the difficulties in making leasing decisions and space decisions and interior decisions. Our bandwidth, our resources have been available to our customers for a very long time and they are very happy that we can now help them with their flooring decisions.
