Our pleasure. So I just wanted to invite you to kind of tell me a little bit about your business and what you do. We're a full office furniture dealership. We carry new remanufactured and pre-owned products. We do merger acquisition so we will come in and liquidate the old assets of a company. We also relocate those companies into their new offices, space plan their new offices and sell them new products. Or pre-owned for that matter. Or pre-owned. Right. Okay, so kind of everything. Absolutely. Most definitely. Now is there a specialty in area, Yeah. Go ahead. No, no, we sell mostly. 60% of our business is pre-owned. We also remanufacture products, so we'll take old existing product, bring it in, refurb it, paint it, refabric it, and then resell it. And then about 40% is new. 40% is new. Yeah. Okay. Okay, so you do refurbishing and then you've got some new stuff as well. Exactly. New refurbish and pre-owned. Now how long have you all been in business by the way? We started the company about five years ago in 2008. Wonderful. Yeah. Wonderful. And the premise of the business was to supply service What really differentiates us from a competitor? I was going to ask you that. He's already on top of it. Yeah, it's really the vol What does that mean? That means that a client can call us at the end of day and we can actually send a crew and do a comprehensive installation at the last minute. We can take down three or four floors of furniture and a liquidation. It's just whatever the service is, we're 24-7. So We're second to none on the kind of service we can provide. Our biggest success is our inventory. We have the largest inventory in the Southeast. We liquidate companies nationwide and we're able to facilitate most floor plans that come across our desk because of our inventories. Sure. Well guys, is there a website you'd Absolutely. So if a client has an opportunity or a floor plan, we'll go out there and analyze the project. But we'll also do space planning form at no additional cost to the project itself. What a wonderful extra start. And then one more thing, and we'll also tie in if they have idle asset liquidation to the project itself, as we're doing one now, they have existing product, for example. We'll go in and we'll tell them on the new expansion, we'll give you a credit for the existing product you have. We're very creative and crafty on the way we put a package together.
