Since 2010, Tim and Kelly Friar, owners, have satisfied lovers of modern aesthetics with lines such as Toronto-based Gus*Modern and Minneapolis-based Blu Dot—his biggest brands—as well as Modloft, from Miami, and now carries EQ3 from Winnipeg and Pablo Design Lighting from San Francisco.
I just realized that I am Tim Friar from Grid Furnishing, the Modern Furniture Gallery and Art Gallery in the short door. This month we are hosting student award winners from the Association of Independent Colleges and University of the City'student Arts Awards. We are hosting for the next two months work from Chloe Dowdy. Her work is throughout the gallery for the next two months. We've done this for the last three years with different award winners and a special exhibit for each of them. It's been an exciting exhibit. We've already had some great reactions here today for the opening. We're just going to have an opening again for her reception in June.
