Joi Prud’homme has been a home décor and painting junkie for years. After amassing a large collection of “treasures” in her basement and garage her husband strongly encouraged her to share her talents with the world! As such, Joie de Vivre Decor was born in early 2015! Joi has an eye for diamonds in the rough and she is constantly stopping at tag sales, thrift stores and antique shops to rescue unwanted pieces of furniture to upcycle and reinvent using products like Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. There is no reason to get rid of something because it has scratches or chips or just because it is outdated. Send those pieces to Joie de Vivre Décor and Joi will give them a new life, new attitude and new home! I can paint a piece your choice of color or help find the piece you are looking for. I can also modify or repaint an existing piece I have. Joie de Vivre Décor is located at Adorn Restoration Boutique in Southbury, CT. Adorn Restoration Boutique was the perfect home for Joie de Vivre Décor especially since the owners also do furniture restoration and offer a multi-dealer shop that sells a little bit of everything.
