Carolina EggFest

The egg is phenomenal. I mean think about it. It's hundreds of years old technology. It'solid ceramic. You get it to temperature. It stays at temperature. I cooked the Boston butt overnight, slept all night long It was perfectly done the next morning. You got any other grill you can do that feel comfortable with? I don'think so. It's the best cooker out there. It holds heat, holds moisture, difficult to burn. It's a wonderful machine. I've been grilling all the eggs since 1999. I grill all it probably five nights a week. I do everything on it from pizza to beef to chicken, lamb, whatever. When the gas grill finally kicked the dust and the big egg came in and changed everything. This is the best piece of cooked equipment I've ever owned. I've had mine for about eight years and since then I've been to Eggfest from Atlanta and out of here in Carolina. I'm a member of a group down in North Georgia. We got 15-20 guys. We all here together at least once a month. Cookies just have a great time. It stays mate. As far as holding temperature, hot sears. It's just great.
