I'm Richard Lantelow, I'm head of IT at the Guildall School of Music and Drama. The Guildall School is a conservatory in the city of London and we teach music, drama and technical theatre and stage management and we're consistently ranked very highly in the Guardians rankings of universities in the UK. At the Guildall School we basically just finished a few years ago a u00a390m building which is includes a 600 seat concert hall, theatre, studio, theatre, television studios and rehearsal rooms for our students and as part of that facility obviously we wanted to make sure our meeting and conference spaces have the best equipment available that we could put in them. So this building took a long time to get planned and took a long time to get built so back in the day we specified whiteboards and projectors for our conference spaces but as soon as the building was built they're basically out of date so we thought we need to move forward with much more modern technology and we looked at the reason to refresh our technology and it was In an environment We're impressed with the product itself because basically it's an open collaboration platform it's built on Windows 10 users are familiar with Windows 10 and familiar with the interface we can run all the software on it that we need so for example Office 365 Adobe Connect, SkyPi for Business, our VLE runs on it and there's just no issues with getting the hardware that we need to work around the system as well. We have a very high n We chose Avacore because when we looked at all the other solutions available it was the best cost performance solution on the market. Since we put the Avacore screens in we're using the meeting rooms and conference spaces a much more collaborative way than we ever imagined also people are using them who we never would have expected to warm to the technology so we're actually getting a lot more use out of our rooms than we first thought. We would definitely recommend Avacore it's a world-class solution for our world-class building and we are after all a world-class brand.
