Duke and Judy Singleton founded Tropic Aire of Columbia in the 1970s with the goal of providing the people of Columbia with quality screen porches, awnings, and sun rooms. Not long after starting their business, the Singletons realized the need for quality outdoor furniture too, and so, Tropic Aire Patio Gallery was born. They began with just a few hand-selected pieces and from there grew the store's inventory to more than 5,000 items from over 25 of the world's top manufacturers. Now with over 30 years of experience, Duke and Judy, along with support from their family and staff, are still bringing the world's best patio, porch, pool, and sun room furnishings and accessories to the state of South Carolina. All outdoor accessories, patio lights, placemats, glasses and dining ware. So we could do a gift basket up. We also sell gift certificates for those who are not quite sure what to buy, their family or friends. We have an in-home design consultant that can come out and help you design your space.
