Skynear Designs Gallery is a stunning world of surreal art, eclectic living environments, and high fashion. Our collections and featured artisans are sourced from all four corners of the globe and featured throughout the iconic Skynear Building in Adams Morgan, DC. Our continuous collaboration with design/ art teams, such as the Zenith Gallery, echoes Skynears passionate pursuit and support of artists of all trades. Our hand-screen-printed textiles, our artisan crafted furniture, our sculptural lighting is just the tip of the iceberg. Beyond our art gallery and showrooms, the Skynear Building includes the award-winning wine-bar AM Wine Shoppe open daily with fresh antipasti, panini, and fine cheeses. Since 1988, Skynear Designs Gallery has become a widespread household name because of incredible long-lasting designer- client relationships and the success of monumental projects (such as rebuilding and designing the new Iraqi Embassy in Washington DC). With innovative products from our catalog and the talents of our design team, we have furnished embassies, movie sets, tv studios, model homes, apartments, lofts, hotels, clubs bars, and restaurants (Saki, Felix, Chloe, Yankee Trader, Lemon Grass Restaurant and Mezze Modern to name a few). WUSA Channel 9 awarded us First Place as the "Best Local Business in luxury home furnishings and accessories". Fodors Washington DC Guide called us "the most upscale eclectic home decorating shop in the city" and Skynear has the only design team to have been invited to the National Symphony Orchestra Showhouse for 15 consecutive years.
