FIFTEENTH AND HOME

You're watc I was in advertising and graphic design for So it was sort of, it felt I t But it's really just, Again, it's I mean, you're taking care of a client or, It's not that different. And that's when Derek and I, Derek manages the store for me. But, I mean, you can go anywhere and get a couch. So I the business has probably split about 40 percent walk-in traffic and acquiring customers or working with customers that way. And the other 60 is design projects and actual design clients and kind of working on the whole project for helping with the floor plans. And I mean, we've done projects in C But there are always, every one of them has been from a project here. And it was either a referral or that same client bought another house in another state. My style is probably just an eclectic mix of stuff. Sometimes it's just a gut reaction to what I t I feel Because we do projects that are really minimal and contemporary and we have projects that are a lot more traditional. And I t It's, I mean, design's design, So it seems sort of a natural transition, even though I'd never worked a day of retail in my life. I would say our mix is, it's a mix of everyt I mean, the sofas, the case goods, the wood pieces are all pretty classic because, I mean, you're spending more money on those and we want you to love them for a long time. But it ranges from that to more kind of fun, eclectic pieces that are smaller that you can mix in. And art, we do a lot of art. And warmth and texture, I don't, don't I mean, you could come here and pretty much furnish your whole house. I mean, we do everyt So it's pretty turnkey as far as what we have to offer. It's a great place to be. And I t So I think what's ahead in the bigger picture is I feel I don't know, it's a good time to open or own a local business.
