Dear Yesteryear

So, Today we are at Deer Yesteryear. If you've never been here before we'll go on a little bit of tour here later on. Today we have Easy Pickin'. So it's a duet group that's from around here in central Illinois where we're from and anywhere they're going to be playing in the warehouse today from 10 to noon for our Valentine's kickoff t So we'll be showing you some video of that and do a little sit down interview with those guys and talk to them a little bit. So let's go get the tour underway. So again t It's our flags It's antique, vintage, salvage, new and used furniture, home decor, new home decor. A lot of different t So it's right here in Tetherville, Illinois. We're right here on the main road. 421 West Springfield Road is the address. Looks If you're a first time visitor we always give you a free wax mount for your home. The wax mounts are made right here in our store. It's our blend. So Each one of these. So a pocket carry cabinet here. They're all full of little transits. So each drawer is full of somet You just have to come and clean through it. Great old vintage stuff w The warehouse here, The whole building, the showroom and the warehouse combined. Just the warehouse alone where we're at right now is about 5,500 square feet. It's all attached. It's climate controlled. So it's comfortable in here. We usually play music right now. I don't have any on but we play music during the day so you can shop and drink your coffee. So t So one time we had chairs in here. So it was not Both sides had them. We took these down because of some of the racks wouldn't fit. So what we call the chair room. But when we started doing the lives t We needed a place to pack orders to s We have a place next door to another retail store we have. But it wasn't quite big enough. We needed somet So what happens is when t So if it's a live item that'somet They stage it real nice and neat and then on Saturday they lay it all out here. Looks And then whenever the live gets ready to happen, And then when we go live we process it through, And then anyt But it comes here first so if you watch the live you get a chance to buy t And then after the live all t So that's kind of how that works, The girls got the little bubble making mac Use in the packing. They do a good job packing here too. I know they've, my wife's had a lot of experience in that in the past so she's trained a lot of these girls and you learn as you go too, But they do a good job. We s I mean, we've had orders go to Hawaii so we s We're here today with Darren and Jim from Easy Pickens. So tell me a little bit about yourself. Tell the folks a little bit about yourself. Well, Jim and I met each other through my cousin and we played in a little coffee shop in Charleston, Jackson coffee shop. And we got to be friends through picking and grinning there and started playing together and just had a real connection with our music and we've both been raised in family music, playing country and gospel. So we just We've heard a lot of good things about We're set up here at Dere yesterday today in what we call a soul base where these guys are set up ready to play. So if the hot spot you guys go, Well, we'd We will go as far as an hour out to pick and grin for people. So do We will play pretty much year round. That's what we Keep us in a warm place. Yeah. So you do outside events, weddings, stuff Pretty much anywhere you go. Pretty much anyt We That's good. You alright? I hope so. Well, I wake and watch her sleep in. She's lost a piece of green, so I turn out the lights, lay there and dawn. And the thought crosses my mind. Then waking in the morning. Would she ever doubt the way I feel about her in my heart? If tomorrow never comes. Will she know how much I love her? Did I try in every way to show her every day? She's my only one. If my time on earth were through. She must face the love I gave her in the past. Gonna be enough to last. If tomorrow never comes. I've lost loved ones in my life. Never knew how much I loved her then. I live with the regret in my true feelings for them. Never worried me. If I made to say each day how much she means to me. At a point that circ To tell her how I feel. If tomorrow never comes.
