Hi, I'monica with National Home Products. This is Justin, our sales assistant at the front desk, who will also greet you. This is a listing of some of the products and services that we offer in our company. One of the features we're going to talk about in our showroom today is our closet. The closet here is an adjustable one. It shows the espresso finish, the maple finish, and the cherry finish. Each of these shelves is available to move around. One of the neat features of this three drawer is it has a jewelry divider in it. All of the boxes pull all the way out. Each shelf can be slanted for shoes. You can also do the shelves in a wire finish that is adjustable also. Each one of these can be moved around. There's accessories The clothes all slide freely on the rods. The rods are a chrome finish. They're available in a nickel finish also. If you're doing wood closets, you can also use the rods and they're available in several different finishes also. So if you're doing a fixed wood application, you can use chrome rods and we can supply and install those also. Each one of our closets we have a computer program for and we can draw them up and you can see them before we actually install them. You can come to our showroom. We can price it for you right here. The next closet that we have to show is again an adjustable closet. It's available in white. You can use each one of these systems in the kitchen, in a pantry or in the bedroom, in a closet. Again, we're showing the ventilated or the profile shelf, a wire here and then there's a tiered shelf that's available. Each one of these again can be moved around, can be changed if you wanted to take this and add a rod to it so you could hang something here you could. We have stoveware or basket systems that are available. Each one pulls out nicely. One of the neat features with this that you can use is for a laundry room storage if you wanted to separate your clothes. Our next closet application is called Classica. It's three-quarter inch melamine, very nice product, very heavy duty. It's custom built-in closet. Each piece is slightly adjustable, not quite as adjustable as our FreedomRound product. The rods again are available in a chrome or in a nickel look and each one slides smoothly the clothes on the rod. Everything is available in several different finishes. The white and the chocolate pair are what we have shown in our showroom. We have doors that can come on the product. Each one you can put more shelves in if you want inside there. The drawers open all the way out. Again, you can put a jewelry divider in the drawer. The drawers are also available as you can see in several different depths. This one is about the largest one. It's 10 inches deep. But again, as you can see, the drawer pulls all the way out. So it's a very nice feature. One of the other features that's available in the Classica system is the hamper. So it does pull open. The hamper basket actually lifts out so you can take your laundry right to the laundry room. And then it closes again so you don't have to see all those dirty clothes. Another area of our showroom where we have garage products is here where we're showing the spanner where you can move things along here. You've got different hooks that are available to fit on there, baskets. This is a great place for one by the door for shoes. There are other size baskets, bigger baskets, adjustable shelves if you wanted to do adjustable shelves. The shelves you can actually go ahead and put a rod on if you want something for maybe a teenager or even a man's closet that wants something very manly, shall we say? We also have cabinets that are available. And along with that drawers you can get a top. The drawers again open and close very smoothly. They actually have a locking system on them so they won't roll open whenever you put your tools or your products inside there. Now we're entering the door hug reception of our showroom. Today we're going to look at the intake. They have several different styles, colors that are available for all of your interior and exterior doors. They have several different styles and selections. They have a brass that's also available in a bronze. They have a Tuscany look and they also have a sandcast look which is more of a beaten look. Each one of them also has cabinet and bath hardware that matches with each one of those styles so you can keep continuity throughout the house. One more thing that I might mention too about our showroom is each product has a brochure next to it so you can pick up more information. Obviously we can't show everything that's available by each manufacturer in our showroom so we do have brochures available by each one so that you can see the full product line. We also have each one of these on our website so that you can go to www. nhp-springfield. com and see our showroom online. We also have a wide selection of front door sets. Each one of these is available in several different colors and styles. One thing about intake is you can have the outside in bronze and the inside in satin nickel at no extra charge. If you want something that wows them at the front door and all the way through the house then Hickory Hardware is the product for you. Schlag is another door hardware company that we sell. Their product is very reliable and has been around for over 50 years. Each one of these is available in different colors, different styles. The neat thing with this is you can mix your interior hardware and your exterior hardware. If you wanted to use M-Tec on your front door you could use Schlag on the interior and everything would be keyed the same. What is one of the things that we do is go out to the house, do a schedule which means we count every door and then we will mark each door so that each box so that they match so when the carpenters or if we install the hardware then it's all marked and ready to go. You have four keys that will work with every single lock in the house including the front door. Cabinet hardware can be overwhelming especially if you are picking out for a whole house. A lot of people use different hardware in each room of the house. Once we learn what style or color or even price range that you are looking for we can help you maybe determine a little bit about what you want and hopefully be able to show you something that will coordinate with what you are wanting to do. Here you can see the sandcast, rod steel and tuskeny collections that I talked about earlier that help you coordinate throughout the home with your door and bath hardware. Also cabinet hardware is one of those small touches that may help you refresh your house and get it ready to sell. Our shower doors come in several different sizes, colors and glass patterns. This is a sliding shower door that is frameless. You can also get it with heavier glass. We can do different patterns This is showing one here, a pull open door with a taffeta pattern on it. Different patterns of glass cost differently of course but again we can do just about any pattern on any style of shower door. This is showing a satin nickel color also on this shower door. Over here we are showing a brushed nickel with the option for a hook that actually goes through the glass so you don't ever have to worry about the glue coming off or it falling off of it. Each shower door is measured, built and installed by our people. As you can see by this large shower that we have in the corner here each one of our shower doors can be customized to fit whatever size shower you have. You can also add We will again send our estimator out to measure before we do any type of installation on your shower. This is a very simple plate mirror that we have moved above the backsplash and added the mirror scape to so that it gives more of a frame look to the application. We can do this with any mirror and there are several different colors that are available in the mirror scape. This is another mirror application where we have actually put the light fixture through the mirror and then added a mirrored border to the mirror also. And we have held it down on the backsplash to give the mirror more support in this application. This hardware is another product line that we specialize in. Each piece can be put up wherever you want it. Our estimator will meet you out on the job and you can tell him where you would He will also offer suggestions on where we normally put things. One of the neat features of this product line made by Moen so it matches your faucets is the pivoting paper holder. It lifts and goes down. In the past we have used the European style paper holder and the twin post paper holder with the spring in it. A lot of people got tired of that though and blew the springs or ran the paper off of that one. So we have got the pivoting paper holder now. Several of these products are also available with a double tie bar or with a shelf. Most of them have the pivoting paper holder. One other product line that this company has come up with is called a mirror scape so that you can have a frame around your mirror that matches your faucet and your tie bar. Our goal at National Home Products is to be the best part of the building experience in people, product and performance. And you will notice that we always put people first because that is what we are here for and we are here for the homeowner, for the builder or the remodeler. Whoever comes into our showroom we are here to provide them with the best that we can in their building or remodeling experience. We want to be their only supplier in all of the product lines, the finished products that we have to offer. That means that we will come out, we will measure, we will meet, we will discuss with the builder and the homeowner whatever we need to do to make that happen for you.
