Not Too Shabby Boutique

Hello, this is Nathan Abbott from the Nathan Abbott team at Resort Quest Real Estate. I'm excited to share, not too shabby today. I'm sitting here with my buddy Tony and his wife, Mirasol, is the artist of the year. For this area, they have an amazing shop. They do custom furniture. They restore furniture. They feature all of Mirasol's artwork in here, located at Santa Rosa Beach. It's just an amazing place. You have to come in here. Check out what they have. You're going to have unique pieces that aren't mirrored anywhere on our Emerald Coast. I want to introduce Tony and kind of give us a feel about what he's about. Thank you, Nathan. Thank you. As you eloquently stated, Mirasol is the 2017 artist of the year. As well as her art that we have featured obviously all over the store, what we do is we're kind of a one-stop shop here. Not only do we make certain custom pieces that you just can't get anywhere else except for here. These very cool reclaimed woods and old architectures from all over the world to build our pieces, whether they be headboards, mirrors, coffee tables, dining room tables. We also sell upholstery from Four Seasons, Aden Gray, Lighting, Regina Andrew, Belenote, Linnons, Lillie Alessandra. We'really a one-stop shop here for the Emerald Coast. We've been here for about 17 years in this location, about five. We certainly appreciate the what's up. Where can they find you? Where's the address? We are at 3906 Highway 98 West, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. We're in the plaza with the post office. Also, we have a nice Mexican restaurant, Los Rancheros here. So it's an iconic plaza. Very easy to locate and it's centrally located between the 38 markets, the San Desson markets. Easy to get to. I encourage you to come into Not Too Shabby. It is the place to be. I think you'll just be amazed at the variety of furniture and art pieces here. It really is a true experience. And I think you'll really enjoy it. So like I said, you've got sometimes, The whole thing needs to, it needs to be turnkey so people can get it right on the rental market. Sure. You come here, We've got it all. We've got it all.
