Urban Colony

It's been a long time coming for Los Angeles to get downtown to be revived and it's happening now and it seemed Well my design concept was to utilize the space as efficiently as possible to make it comfortable. The maxim This apartment actually has a great outdoor space and the feel I wanted for that was sort of a little Moroccan loose tree. Theme was in my mind this was a very successful 30-something. Just to put a name on it I said, okay this woman's name is Victoria. Well traveled, she collects things and going back to making this an efficient apartment, maxim I wanted this still to be an LA apartment. I think luxury apartment living means having all those great amenities such as the pool, the rooftop, entertaining, the great common room for renting out for parties. Location, my gosh this location here right across from the Staples Center and the LA Convention Center you can't get more centrally located than this. You have access to all the great new restaurants that are popping up downtown. A tricked out building with all the amenities that you could absolutely want. In the past renting downtown let'say go back 10 years. You were pioneering and Avant has really changed that.
