My wife and I were building a house when I realized how difficult it was to track all the decisions and discussions and collaboration that was happening. You have to track that information, organize that information, and that makes it very difficult. There was no one source that had all the information that we needed. That creates a really big headache. During the build process, all the information, PDFs of the floor plans, selections, is all shared freely throughout the entire process. It'stored in different areas, it's passed around in different medi Once the home is handed over, all of that information is lost into the ether. So what you're left with as a homeowner at the end of the build is a physical binder with less than 5% of the information on your home. This is an industry where it needs to be simple. It hasn't changed since I was in the build space. So where we're starting with Diggs is creating a product that everything can be stored in one place. We have real-time collaboration, real-time design. All the information, selections, and decisions can be stored in one location for every stakeholder on the project. We really don't want to change their current processes today. We really want to enhance that workflow. There are different ways to access the product, whether you're in the field or you're a project manager on a computer at your desk. So we have to think through all of the ways that we can make it really easy for our users. And if we do that, it naturally creates a better client experience. So to make an experience really simple, it actually takes a lot of complexity behind the scenes. So we're building an AI that can take regular PDF doc And the AI organizes all that information and learns from it. The result of that is a really intelligent helper that we call Ask Diggs. Anyone who has questions can easily ask Diggs any question and Diggs will be able to answer it. For the first time ever, Diggs can create a complete semantic understanding of the home just from standard PDF doc And the result is a true 3D digital twin within seconds. So with Diggs, you'll be able to interact with the digital version of your home by room and see all of the information that's associated with that specific space all the way down to each surface. One of the things that Diggs provides to home builders is the ability to hand off a home digitally within a couple clicks. Since we've already intelligently organized that information, you can easily pass off that information to the homeowner for their new home. So not only is the homeowner getting their physical keys to their new home, but they're also getting their digital keys along with all of the contextual information. Diggs is transforming the construction industry by moving beyond just building homes to engaging in the entire homeowner experience.
