Hi everybody, welcome. We are so excited to be here at the Seal Beach Target to do the back to school drawing. We love serving the Brentwood Point of Park community in more ways than rural state. We believe that the best neighborhoods are where neighbors know one another and stay connected through neighborhood events. This is our way of encouraging it. And this is a great way to kick off the back to school season with the excitement of a drawing. If you'registered, your name is in this that's the best way to do it. Nevertheless, written registrations work too. They are all added in. Okay, let's do it. David, can you come up here and we're going to need you to pick the name. Okay, so everybody, this is David, this is my husband and my incredible team member. He does so much work, behind the scenes work that you can't imagine. He makes all this come together. Alright David, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to spin this lots of times and you're just going to pull a name. Just make sure you don't pull two names, right? Just pull one name and then read the name and the street. So we can keep their privacy. Okay, so let me, and then just look up. Don't look down while I'm, I mean while you're pulling the things. This locks so it doesn't spin. I guess we don't need to have the key for it to stay locked. Okay, here we go. Okay, I'm going to unlock this. Just look up and just reach in. Look up. Just one name. And just want to remind you our next neighborhood event is the fall garage sale. And if you haven't participated in that, you've got to participate. Our garage sales are We market the heck off the garage sale. We put it on the O. C. register. We put it on print, on internet, local neighborhood and garage sale sites, paid ads through Facebook, Instagram, and street texts. We do social media, including Google business. We place about 175 signs and banners. We do everything possible to bring you the most shoppers. And It's true too for our listings. We make sure that there isn't anybody that surpasses us in marketing and in the preparation of the home. And we love working with buyers too and we know how to find hidden opportunities. Most of all, we want to thank you for trusting us with your referrals of family and friends that are moving. We are truly grateful.
