As Managers of SPR, our background is diverse, including ownership and operation of authentic Native American gift shops and a jewelry manufacturing facility in Apache Junction in the early 70’s, to promotion of a high banked asphalt auto racing track in No. California in the 1990’s, log home sales and construction in Colorado in the early 2000’s and over 30 years of traditional and specialty furniture sales and manufacturing both in Arizona and Colorado. With the opening of our first Southwest Specialty Furniture Store in Mesa in 1996, we quickly grew from just 2400 sq ft to over 20,000 sq ft in three short years. We attributed that success to our sincere dedication to providing absolute customer service, our desire to provide people with what they wanted at the best possible price, our guarantee of complete satisfaction as well as standing behind our products, and overall, making the home furnishings shopping experience a truly enjoyable event. We pride ourselves on building relationships, not just sales! Designs and styles of furniture we can provide ranges from traditional Mexican, primitive, southwestern and cowboy western to finely finished Santa Fe, Tuscan, Spanish Colonial and even wrought iron. Our direct working relationships with numerous independent craftsman, artisans and small shops in various parts of Mexico, Brazil and the United States enables us to offer custom designs and production of an unlimited scope of items. Since our craftsmen are not involved in large “production” manufacturing, our custom designs do not represent an increased “custom” price tag. Our custom capabilities are diverse and virtually unlimited and pricing is generally based upon material costs, labor and transportation only. With a very low overhead, our primary focus is providing you that one special piece, room full or house full of quality furniture at the Best Possible Price !!! All we need is a rough draft sketch or photo to get started. We’ll be happy to work with you to “fine tune” your drawings and then shop our craftsmen to provide the best possible price quote. Once plans are finalized and an order is placed, completion and delivery usually takes approximately three (3) to six (6) weeks.
