Hi, my name is Claudio. I'm here with Susie, my wife and I. We have this beautiful home here in the mountains of the Maligou Mountains and we enjoy this home very, very much. We live in the Astra model, which is kind of a three bedroom, two bathroom, size house, very high ceiling, sloping ceiling from this room to the back where we have the bedrooms and beautiful open floor plan, kitchen, counter. We love it. Nice deck. Through a friend of mine, she told me I was looking for a mobile home near where I live in Agoura Hills and then she said why don't you check out this company that is in Maligou and so I did. My wife and I, we took a drive down to Maligou and we met the owners of the company and we They were very professional, gave us full, In moment in our life, this was the right decision. We wanted to go into something that was easier for us to move into. The particular park where we live in, it's just ideal for the lifestyle that we're surrounded by beautiful mountains and the particular home style, the Astra, has these beautiful windows and opening onto the view and we love it. We thought this was the right opportunity. It's been fantastic right from the beginning, all the way through now. Even after so many years being in the house, they're always there for me and for my wife. We always have the greatest support. We I think it's a wonderful company. The simplicity of the design, we find that it's what we wanted. We The home itself, now that we've been in the park for a while and we also know some of the neighbor's houses, we see that the quality of this home is way, way, way better, much better. The other ones seem to always have some problems because of the quality of the home itself. We're very happy about the choice we made. I think the fact that you can semi-customize the home by being prefabred and then the fact that it's a little cheaper to have, so financially it was a better choice. And also the fact that where we are now in this park, this particular home just set the tone of our decision.
