Welcome to Zinc Details. We're on a street called Gilmore Street in Pacific Heights, San Francisco. It's a beautiful day. This is our store, Zinc Details. We're now celebrating our 20th anniversary for a design destination. People come from all over the world to visit us. So come on in and take a look. Wendy and I opened Zinc Details because we studied design architecture at UC Berkeley. And we worked in Italy and Germany, traveled extensively. That inspired us to look at the world in a new way, in a modernist way. And we decided to open a small retail gallery. It was literally 200 square feet. Music Along with the classic elements, we have vintage Japanese textiles, mid-century prints, quirky pieces. Somehow it all fits together. And at the end of the day, it's what makes a house a home. We chose Zinc Details as the name for our business because Zinc is an amazing material. It looks good when it's young and it looks good when it's older.
