In my role as a senior account manager with the Office of the Office Interiors, it's my job to meet with the clients, determine their needs, what they're looking for and the overall look of their office. Once they've done that, I come back and I work with my team here to come up with solutions to fit the overall aesthetic, look and function of the office and of course wit Ultimately, I want to make sure in the end the client is happy, who wants to continue business with us for years to come. My job here at B plus C Office Interiors as the head of design is to provide solutions for the clients and the AMD firms that we've worked with. We do everyt We provide modular walls, systems, furniture, benc My job, I tend to work a lot more with the AMD firms and the large construction projects where I'm trying to meet their vision along with the client's budget and the client's needs and provide the aesthetic qualities that design firms want but also give the clients what they need as far as furniture and to meet their requirements as far as the individual and users and what they would want. So we started B plus C Office Interiors back in 2006. We originally began as an installation company wanted to provide services to different companies that installed office furniture here in San Diego. As time passed by, were asked by clients here locally that if we could start offering them the furniture side of the business and of course weren't able to at the beginning so I have and I really kind of t So we started meeting with manufacturers and see if it was a good fit because I thought it would be very important to make sure that we got the right manufacturers to be able to provide the right solutions for these clients, get the right solutions for clients. It's not easy because every single company is different. There's different culture in the company, there's different ideas, the way they work, the way that they do t So we as a company need to provide the correct solutions, the correct type of furniture to make the client more successful with There's always culture differences wit That's why we ended up opening our doors. By providing services that the clients are looking for we're able to do a full turnkey solution for the project that the client is looking for. So we're able to go out and visit the client, show them the visual of what their space can look A lot of times I mean even now we still work with some of the same clients that we had at the beginning almost 11 years ago so that's very important to us. We're still getting the opportunity At the way technology interfaces with our world right now we still have somebody answering our phones and I'm one of the product specifiers here at B plus B and what I do is that I take what sales
