Only with six a Salem gym owner that's trying to get through this latest shutdown was just hit by vandals. Fox 12's John Hendricks reports from Salem on the search for Fox 12's most wanted. You won't hear much inside physique fitness off of South commercial in Salem. This second shutdown has been a little bit harder. The unknown has been significantly more difficult to deal with. The gym closed because of COVID-19 restrictions. It's been difficult to say the least. But outside, an outdoor gym is bustling with people. One of the many changes the business has made in a year that has been anything but easy. Right now everyone's working from home. Everyone has their kids at home. And people want to get out and they want to exercise. They want to have that mental and physical stress. Just when they think they're on the right track would be vandals decided to clip the security fence pieces still on the ground and walk off with hundreds of pounds of custom made weight. They basically kick us why we're down and take that equipment. But for us it's not just taking it from our facility or from our employees. It's taking it from our community. Because It's not just go to the store and buy new ones. These are custom pieces of equipment. Frustration stacked on top of frustration. The business hiring private security now and putting up more cameras. Extra costs to an already expensive year. Your revenue continues to drop but your costs continue to go up. And so it's just another one of those things where For those who work at and use this gym they know it's been a tough go but they are thankful for those helping to take this pandemic one rep at a time.
