We're standing in a bakery here in Woodcroft, it's an old tired store that's been recently purchased by Dalich Bakery. This will be their 11th store for South Australia and we are going to take a bit of a look through and come with me. There's two glass cabinets over here, once again being re-perfect. We're going to clean up this wall here, a lot of the little things and they'll get tiled and painted. We're going to be getting rid of all this cabinetry up here, this will be part of the new seeking area for the new store. This cool room here is going to spin at around 90 degrees, there's actually going to be a brand new wall right where I'm standing, which will section off the dining from the back of the house. It's full clean, brand new ceiling tiles throughout and it's going to look absolutely awesome by the end of it. New flooring through here, it's going to be flushing the walls out, painting throughout and making that up to food standards for South Australia. Nice tidy up, by the time we get back through this I'm going to have a brand new counter the whole way through, which is where you're going to get served. You get the beautiful cakes, pies, pasties and everything that they make here at Dalich Bakery. Let's go do it.
