Hi, it's Rachel here. I'm just at a home in Alderley. This is a home I renovated last year for some really lovely clients. They had a lot to do with this design and style of this freno. Hope you So here it is here. We took out the original kitchen. It was actually quite a functional kitchen beforehand. It wasn't derelict or written off or anything It was a little bit dated I guess. So this is the brand new kitchen that we put in. Some of the features. This custom canopy range hood was especially made. It's a very American style. I don't know if I've seen too many But yeah, it's inspired by the way the Americans do them. A beautiful falcon oven here. We've gone really traditional finishes. So the white shaker panel drawer fronts and door fronts. I traditionally tend to do a 30% sheen in two packing because it's not too glossy, but it's just a little bit of sheen. So it's easy to clean. And we've used a marble look stone. It's not marble. I would have to really think hard to remember what it's called. I'll tag it on the screen once I remember what it is. And then again, just the traditional 300 by 100 subway tiles. These ones have a beveled edge. So they're a little bit more old fashioned than just the smooth normal ones. And I think that suits this particular renovation. These shelves are quite special. The stone is the same stone as the rest of the kitchen. And then this is actually my client's idea. These parts here are actually off a fireplace fender. So we've dismantled it and kind of repurposed it and use it as shelves. And these were a total nightmare to install. The company does really have a hard time getting that in. But they're certainly worth and certainly very unique as well. The old classic farmhouse sink from IKEA just is so popular. Such a good choice because they look And this tap actually is also from IKEA as well. And then this full floor ceiling cabinetry over here. I think it's important to take it to the ceiling where you can. Even if you don't use the storage right up the top there, the three meter part, even if you don't use it, I mean, you would be stupid to cut the cabinetry off because then you're just going to have that daggy lurching which is just going to collect dust So you may as well take it all the way to the ceiling for the cost of a little bit of extra cabinetry and you're creating the wow factor and making everything just a little feel right. This color, I remember the clients and I'm picking this, it took us a long while to pick it. I'm pretty sure, you see there are Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore color, I will tag it on the screen again. I can't remember but we did have to hunt to find this particular color. And my client actually saw all of the handles from America. And so we've got integrated dishwasher in here. I tend to do integrate dishwash a lot. Even IKEA now does integrate dishwashers. This is not my IKEA but I think it's just such a good idea to get hydro-ugly dishwasher out of sight. The bins are in this one. Here's just an extra little oven rack cupboard with the dividers in there. Yeah, so just huge amounts of storage in here. Over here, this is kind of just a little section, so not behind cupboard doors, It's not behind cupboard doors, however, you do have to really walk into the kitchen and around to see it. So it is virtually kind of mostly out of sight, but very handy to be able to have all of your appliances there out on display. I'll just quickly show you the girls bathroom. There's two teenage girls that live in this house, so I'll just quickly show you through there. Here's the bathroom here. Basically this entire section of the house we renovated and built new walls. Because there was so much space here, were able to make the bathroom a little bit skinnier in order to make a wider hallway so that we could actually fit in this mudroom here. Basically, this section of the mudroom is for this teenager and this section of the mudroom is for this teenager. The girls get to store their school bags, So it's very handy storage. And then through here is their bathroom. So again, this is a really traditional style bathroom. Really beautiful finishes. The vanity is on the legs. We've got the Carara marble hex tile on the floor. And this is Benjamin Moore Hail Navy, very popular color in America. Again, very tricky to get here in Australia. Traditional tapwear, the same marble look. Seas are stoned as in the kitchen. Subway tiles all the way to the ceiling. Again, that'something that I tend to do a lot. It's just take the tiles all the way to the ceiling. It adds so much more luxe to a bathroom. And for the cost of a few extra square meters of tiles and labor, I generally always think it's worth it to do that. And last round mirror. This is a popular, really popular layout. Just having the shower screen and the vanity right there. Just walk it in. Very, very easy, low key, no fuss. And in here we've also used a skirting tile. You can see the Carara marble skirting tile. Something a little bit different, but I guess it's more of a, yeah, more of a traditional finish. So that's about it for now. Hope you
