Jim is one of the owners of Ben-Fatty Furniture and I just have a couple questions for you. How does starting with trust help you with new customers? Well that A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau is just really invaluable to us. And so the Better Business Bureau has just been great for us, absolutely. I totally agree. I have another question for you. How do you Well we love doing business here. We love the public community. We've been here for 61 years and It's a really tight knit community so a lot of our customers will talk to new people and send new people in and I know that. Well we appreciate you too, Jim.
