TH Trade Design is a full service showroom and resource center for interior designers. The whole goal is to be a full service design center so that designers can do what they love, design. Ultimately, it's a full back room service for independent designers that are running their own business. Our goal is for them to be able to come here and pretend that we're all one team to help save the money and be more profitable. Part of our structure is to really offer a good, better, best price point. So there's manufacturers that are going to be able to hit different price points for each of those. And there's a multitude of lines that are out there. We offer trade pricing on everything from our flooring to custom draperies to custom bedding and on. The big aspect is we've got this beautiful showroom with dedicated space for interior designers to come in and utilize. We're the full service staff downstairs to help. We have an unbelievable website. One of the big parts and benefits of the designer portal is whether you're here in our showroom, you could be at your studio, back home, or wherever that may be.
